The Board of Directors of Del Mar Highlands Neighborhood Homeowners’ Association (DMHNHOA) is pleased to announce that the Management Services Contract has been awarded to Seabreeze Management Company. This change is effective July 1, 2020.

We recognize that there will be a transition for both Homeowners and the Management Team. To ensure Seabreeze Management has your most up-to-date information please complete the Owner Notice Disclosure form sent to each homeowner, scan and return by email to: customercare@seabreezemgmt.com. You will be able to go online to myseabreeze.com and verify management has the correct contact information for you or update their information.
